Coming to terms with my problem is always hard.
I've lost loved ones due to gambling and it's time to get back on track by beating this addiction and gaining my loved ones back.
My first step was coming on here and getting information on meetings. My second step is to self exclude myself from bookmakers where I live, & my third step is to attend GA meetings.
I will post again tomorrow to keep updated on how the self exclude goes.

Hi Ryan,
Those are all excellent steps. You have made a strong decision. Keep going with this. You can do it!

Hi Ryan,
Communicating is key. Your loved ones who love you will always be there, but they need to see that you mean it. Stay strong, stick with it, and the rewards are far greater than a win.
Yesterday I self excluded myself from the bookmakers. Tonight I'm attending my first GA meeting.
Will post later and let you's know how it's gone.
