Day 8
My last day at work before a 2 week break. Weirdly, it’s probably come at the wrong time. As much as I am really looking forward to resting the mind and body after a tough period of time at work, I could do with the distraction that keeps my mind occupied on not gambling.
I just have to make sure that I keep really busy over the next couple of weeks.
I’m making progress which is all that matters. 8 days GF is better than 7 days etc. I’m in a better/stronger position than this time yesterday.

Not been on for a while so I've just been trying to catch up on what's been going on. Please don't beat yourself up you will do this! You were talking about gamstop and other blocks, have you tried the software blockers? Do absolutely everything in your power! It's amazing isn't it how our loved ones pick up on the slightest change in our moods? Glad your sleeping a bit better, I remember the start of sleeping better it makes such a difference. I've still been getting pee'd off with all the gambling adverts that seem to be bloody everywhere!

I’m beginning to feel more like myself again which is a welcome relief. I’m just taking it one day at a time and assessing things from there. How are things with you? You seem to be marching on strongly despite those pesky adverts. They are literally everywhere! Why are they on Magic FM? So annoying!

I'm ok, still have some tough days which I didn't think I would at this stage and it really catches me off guard so need to watch that!
