Paul , apologies are great and we can all graciously accept them but they are mere words and I'm sure the good folk of this forum who have supported you constantly , would rather witness your actions through your diary to make much more effort to stop gambling instead of the flag waving that goes with your losses !

That being said I for one would accept your apology , so thank you !
