Day 1 with no gambling is about to get started (90mins left)
I really need to pull this off this time round.
I feel down right now. Lonely and defeated. Not the first time in my gambling ridden existence.
There is something called self - defeating personality disorder which I might slightly suffer from.
I have noticed that I very often do things "to make sure" I am not successfull in what I intend on doing.
That has got to change.
I can survive on little money I still have until the next payday (which won`t be much).
That is my first step in the plan of getting where I want to be.
