Did you not 'really' want to start before ?

You cant do this half heartedly - It wont work.

You only really want to stop because you have just lost some cash......you need to want to stop period!

Get focussed on the prize - a happier stress free life.

Come on mate you can do it!

Aron the cycle ends when you say it ends. You can chase your tail forever but you will never catch it.
I wish I could say Aron quitting gambaling is easy. But it isn't
Anyone telling you different are full of it.
That being said it is possible
You just need to find that fight inside.

Gambaling is like the film groundhog day if you've not seen it he basically wakes up to the same day over and over again until he gets it right.
Obviously you know the result isn't going to change you'll just repeat the day over and over losing more and more.
Winning or losing compulsive gamblers can't wall away up or down unless you want to change?

Don't be a say'er be a do'er

Enjoy the weekend

Hi Aron, sorry to learn your struggling but you have to put blocks in place if you really want to stop. I'm over 60 days now and every day I read posts on here to help remind me why I have to keep strong. I also read the success stories of the ones that have closed up over 1000s of days and I want to be one of them. Deano is right you have to really want to do it yourself. You will have low moments but the good ones that you have will be worth going through the urges. Take advantage of the free support on here, you really do get some good tips etc., on fighting this evil addiction. Best wishes x

Well done, stay strong so much better to see something for your money rather then giving it away to the gambling establishments x
