Hi it's day 10 for me and already I feel better, stay positive and make sure you have th blocks in place. Break th chain, time, location and money , so how long have you gambled etc., also read some diaries they help

Urgh so I f****d up relapsed in to it again ☹ lost £120 its normally alot more but still I've excluded my self from most online sites i don't use bookmakers so there not a problem.. Trying again now

I do really well right up until payday I say to myself just £50 and I'm done put always ends up more and I will always sink the winnings don't get me wrong I pay My bills and cover everything from food and fuel for car etc even treat my partner myself and kids just wanna stop this gaming habbit now

Well day one there's money in my bank but I've not been tempted the new clothes I ordered came nice to have something to show for my money makes me want to try harder so I can order more stuff haha

Keep fighting it, Get focussed on some things you really want and make them happen. You cannot get there by gambling Aron222, the only way you can win is by not gambling.

Hi aron , only just realised you'd done a whoopsie , sorry . Duncan on this site uses the phrase by Einstein which goes along the lines of " To keep doing the same thing everyday and expect a different outcome is the definition of madness " you get my drift . Don't keep doing the same thing.every payday otherwise your gonna get the same result , you can do this my friend , you just have to want to enough ! best wishes Alan

Last two days I've been to the gym its my new better vice I know payday is going to be a hard one I'm going to stay focused...

Almost day 4 it's actually getting easier to forget all about gaming than I thought, sharing on here really helps I'm so looking forward to more positive updates
