Day 35 gamble free, saturday always a hard day, with so much sport on. The plan today is keep busy and focused. Tell myself how well i am doing. Moving forward but every day i keep telling myself i am a compulsive gambler and dont know when too stop, therefore I must not gamble.

Wow.. u are doing great..

I have lost over 1000 pounds in this month. I decided to take gamble free days and I started on friday..

I am now 2 days GF... but the temptations are so hard. I have paid up membership at my home town gym so that i can keep my self busy and active..

I still have fear of watching live games thinking i might be tempted again.
