Thank you so much for replying and understanding, this addiction is horrible, If anyone knew my struggle with thoughts I think they would have me certified lol.

I do feel ok today, after last night I know I'm in control, it is a battle with the mind, it's ridiciculous because we don't want to gamble. anymore, thanks again you have given me even more strength and positivity with your reply, sending you a big hug.

I can't believe that my gambling thoughts after 249 days are so little.
I appreciate that i have to be careful but tbh i only think about the destruction that it brings and that makes me sick.
