You must be as fit as a fiddle lol, with bike riding AND badminton, must admit badminton is my game, too love playing, not played for a couple of years though lol.

285 days is absolutely AWSOME, you really are cruising through,me steady behind, but i think my boat is rockier than yours lol.

You are such an inspiration to me even when my boat gets rocky.
