Day 329. Successfully negotiated the route to the casino last night. Had a nice evening with the kids. It's my weekend this weekend to have the kids but I have just got Harry as my daughter is away.
Long bike ride planned tonight as the mrs is out. Life is good.

It can be a hard journey, even when we think we have no nasty thoughts, because that addiction is conniving, it can be totally invisible, giving us the ullusion that we are safe and totally in control with our recovery.

Morning diary.
331 days and off to work this morning with a spring in my step because i am winning every day i abstain.
Just got harry this weekend as Charlotte is away for the weekend. The life of a 14 year old girl is certainly busy lol.
So its a weekend of sport with my boy.
Can't wait.
