332 days of winning. Gambling must seem like a very distance horrible memory now, as you are getting ever closer to one year.

You have turned your life around and are reaping the rewards, sanity,peace of mind, honesty,true family time, clear conscious, a sense of normality( whatever that is lol) and these are just a few rewards, that the recovery journey has gifted you.

Yes the journey has not/ is not always easy, but it is so worthwhile to get our lives back.

You have achieved this with being 100% committed to your recovery and for that I am very proud to have been walking along side with you for nearly a year now, and always will be and always just 39 behind you.

Thank you for being there every day on and off the forum.

Bike done this morning and now cooking breakfast for me and Harry then off to have a swim with my parents at the celtic manor this afternoon.
Then we will watch Wales lose to Scotland lol.
Busy busy today.
No gambling for me today because i have no time and i don't want to.

No real gambling thoughts at all now which seems strange but nice. I hope this is how its gonna stay.

Day 334.
Nearly 11 months gamble free.
It seems like a former life that i last gambled and stopping gambling was the greatest decision i have ever made in my life (except getting divorced pmsl)
No thoughts at all today and i now feel i have some sort of normal life with no secrets or lies.
