Good morning diary.
I've entered the 52'nd week which feels great. 6 days to go until the whole year. I have had a few achievements in my life, weather its my old career as a golf professional which I am immensely proud of. Or help raising my two children. But i can honestly say that abstaining from this evil addiction for nearly one whole year is my biggest achievement yet. Long may it continue.
I write this as i am in a ball of sweat on my. Exercise bike lol.
How my life has changed..

Day 364.
Can't sleep so thought I'd come on here.
Off to Abergavenny today which is a 41 mile round trip without doing any riding while we are there. This will be a good test for these 42 year old legs. Although it will be a bigger one for my 45 year old mate who I'm going with lol.
Did 35 miles yesterday so should be ok.
Certainly no thoughts or desire to gamble at all now.
3 days off from cycling after today as I need a rest. Back on the bike on Monday after a weekend of celebrations for the rugby and of course my one year.
