Morning diary.
Day 365 one whole year of abstaining.
I'm not going to say its been easy but it has got easier.
I would like to thank this forum and all the members that have commented over this last year. But my biggest thank you goes to I Wished aka Suzanne without your support i don't think this year would of been possible.
Stiff as a board this morning after my 50 miler bike ride.
Here's to the start of the second year.

WOW WOW WOW my dear friend, at last 365 days = ONE WHOLE YEAR, very very PROUD of you for reaching this amazing achievement, it's not an easy journey, but you have truly achieved it through staying very strong, determined and positive and look how you have changed your life around soooo much in one year.
Nothing changes if nothing changes but you Steve have changed your whole lifestyle and because of it you are reaping in all the gifts that remaining in recovery has given you.
Be very proud be very excited and CELEBRATE big style lol.

Hi Steve, well done on a year gamble free. It's a great achievement getting right through 12 months of challenges. Life must be so much better than this time last year. Celebrate today. It's well deserved. There's nothing easy about it but you got through it all. Congrats!!

Thank you so much for all the kind words it really does mean everything.
Off today so going to watch the 6 nations climax and hopefully Wales gubb Italy by 50 points lol.
not going to get back on my bike until Monday as i need a rest from it to recover as I've done 200 miles this week.
Back in work Wednesday so will have a good ride Monday /Tuesday.
