Day 59 and a day off today.
its the big 60 today.

Day 61 and it's pretty dull here in south Wales. I had a nightmare last night.....I woke up having thought I lost on a fobt machine. Thank fully it was only a nightmare but it seemed real for a while. I thought I had un done all my good work over the last 2 months.

Day 62 and feeling positive today! More than yesterday. Yesterday the stress levels were pretty high for some unknown reason????

Day 63, feeling pretty good! never gambling again! The money i have saved over the las 2 months has been unbleievable.

Day 64 and its P****** down again. Working in the golf industry is not great in this country. Oh well only 3 months to go.

Day 67 and in work on bank holiday monday! This should be aggainst the law!
Day 68. Getting closer to the 10 week mark.
Day 69. And very bored. But its not going to make me gamble.
Boredom is when those temptations start to set in, you know what to do to keep strong and to divert your mind from those urges.

Thanks Ryan. So here I am day 70 or ten weeks. Pretty cuffed as this is by far the longest I've ever gone without gambling. Keep strong people.
