Day 8 this is officially a full week since my last bet and my head is a lot clearer now without the constant need to be worrying about weather I had a winner or a loser I don't have to worry about chasing losses and weather I will be making a profit the day after . Cause from now on I will always be a winner because my family arnt suffering from my deceit on a daily basis . Things are better now again I no it's early days for me but the way I feel right now I want it to continue and the only way I can do that is to not gamble
Hi wiga , Good for you my friend , it's nice to see that even after a week the fogs lifting and your'e feeling in a much better place , it's amazimg how quickly things can turn around once we decide to change , to stop gambling and reclaim our live's , the good news is it just keeps getting better !.

Thank you Alan . It is amazing really . You get lost and stuck for so long in that dark hole you forget what it's like to think normally and be normal . Each day now that goes by is just another step to becoming myself again and reclaiming what was taken from me
Well I'm back and since my last post done another week gamble free . The thought of placing a bet hasn't even entered my head up to now either . Been back out at work this week too keeping busy . Just gunna keep taking things 1 day at a time though . Can safely say that without the demon of gambling in my life things are defiantly better .
