79 days without gambling and then I go online and spend all my Christmas money on the slots! There’s no happy ending in gambling and it just affects everything else in your life. I know this so why do I keep doing it?! Just let myself down every time. Back to square one again now. I hope I have the will power to go longer or stop altogether.

Yes it’s terrible I lost over £750 this weekend and now I’m really pushing to stop gambling it’s a horrible circle of winning back your loses to lose again it doesn’t end you don’t gain anything from gambling just loss and anger !
Vicious circle like you say mate. I do find coming on here helps though. I think maybe coming on here more often and chatting with folk may be the key
Hi it’s a horrible addiction and I find having money makes it harder! The best I feel is when I haven’t had a bet and have just about enough money (cr card available) to last the month. My mind is best settled.
if I have a bonus or spare cash my mind races! Then ending (if not immediately) is always the same!

How do you get online blocks?? I’ve joined gamstop but they don’t cover sites out of the uk. Got that other one with the vpn but I can just turn it off. Even spoke to my bank and they don’t do anything. Think only option I do have is swapping to a bank that blocks transactions
Switch your bank Celse, there are a few out there now that can block gambling transactions Is it Gamban that you have for blocking? I have found it pretty indestructible tbh on android and iOS.
Yeah think I need to swap banks really cos I let myself down at weekend. Yeah joined gamban but could switch vpn off. Spoke to them and they said they was updating for iOS and would let me know once they have
