I last wrote in my diary in 2012! Since then i kept thinking i had quitting but basically kidding myself, trying other tactics that failed. I forgot about gamcare but i found it again and its good.
Today i did gamble and lost the money i had but slowly i ma moving in the right direction. Not sure how to use the 'days clean' feature as this will be really useful in being honest with myself. Where od i click the 'days clean' please?
Also i don't seem to get notified when i get replies etc like you would on a normal forum - i actually want gamcare to email me regularly so i don't slack off!
Hi - days clean counter is in 'account' and then 'edit profile' scroll down to the bottom and enter the date and then tick the box to display it and then emails re posts is at the bottom of a thread under the save button and hit 'subscribe'
