I'm know a lot of us walk each day as part of our recovery and find it incredibly helpful. I some times find life gets in the way and needs to be reminded, big shout out to Adam123 for the reminders.
Not as any form of competition as we all have different journeys, jobs and home lives but I thought it might be good to set this topic up so anyone can post their steps for the previous day ? If it doesn't gain traction I will of course drop it.
Sunday 19th April 5987 steps
I aim to do 70 k each week as ive learnt u can do too little and you certainly can do too much....... highest motnh has been 530,000 steps....... too much,,,,,,,, most in a week was 140,000 again too much...... least ive done in a day was about 20 haha steps to the fridge no doubt.......Â

Ive stepped back in recent weeks doing from january, 86k,70k,72k,84k.90k , 82k, 78k, 70k, 81k, 72k, 69k, 72k, 51k, 55k, 64k, so last three weeks ive not only not hit my targert but ive not been to the gym at all...... but i feel pretty rested.......

Soo far this week first two days ive done 25k so back to a strong week coming up i feel.....
