Its a bit late, but two days ago I made it to a month! ? Still going strong, just finished my call and feel like I've found more information out about myself and potentially what made me gamble/keep gambling. Feeling really good and still no urges only thoughts and are dealing with them very well.

I've never seen my bank account statement have so little transactions on it this month, it looks and feels great.

Congratulations on reaching one month gamble free.

I am still in my first week on here and reading diaries like yours is such an inspiration.

You should be really proud of yourself, best wishes and take care 🙂

50 Days!

It's been a while since I've logged in on here so I thought I better do a quick entry!

I'm taking it as a good sign that I haven't been on here as much but as the same time feel bad because of all the people that need help and advice as I would often comment on posts. I hope everyone is still doing well!

Thank you Lou and Shaun that means alot to me!

50 now becomes 90, wow!

Haven't logged in on here for a while!

Still going strong ?? The last month I've felt amazing, like actually really good. My counselling sessions every 2 weeks are going well. I had to ask if its normally to feel this way, but I guess it makes sense that once you cut the things out that was making you feel so bad you will naturally start to become/feel better. Just a short entry today but not had any thoughts about gambling for a long time, working on how to prepare myself and have a plan in place incase anything triggers at ant point. Hope everyone is well ?

Another two weeks gone by, making it 114 days GF. Where on earth is the time going! No more counselling session as they have ended now I'm in a better position. It really did help me more thab what I thought it would and I'm so thankful for all the support given. I've learnt alot from it all and will use it to help me in the future. Just keeping my head down and plodding on with life how it should be. Looking forward to smashing the 6 months mark as that was the furthest I ever made it before in all my attempts at staying clean. Overall feeling good and confident about everything at the moment.

Just commented on 2 post by the 2 people that gave me the best advice ever that unfortunately I didn't take until it was too late. Amazing how one comment can be so life changing without realising. I'll leave a link down below from my first ever post if anyone is interested in reading it
