over the past 3 days ive lost a lot and today I had went again and ended up having a nice win that only put my losses at less than even but I wasn’t all the way happy with myself still being down money so I got greedy. Lost it all. I have officially hit the worst feeling. I don’t know how to recover. Is there anyone with advice on what I should do? I know it’s not much to some but for me it would make a huge difference with the 25,000 debt I already have.

You are not alone in having experienced debt and worry caused by gambling. There can be a temptation to try and ‘chase losses’ by continuing to gamble when you have experienced a financial loss. Unfortunately, this does tend to lead to more losses and a worsening of the situation. Most people do find it helpful to seek advice on their debts so that they feel more in control and can make more informed decisions.
