Thank you Loxxie,

I'm going to self exclude from all casino's.. I've filled out a SENSE just need to drop it off at the casino.. I've downloaded k9 app and my mum had set up a password so I can't have access to gambling sites and download any casino apps. Just need to fone to self exclude myself with multi bookmakers/betting shops.. Hopefully this will help me to stop gambling. I really want to change myself.. I don't want to stress about money and paying my debts off.

Hello Yoyocasey,

Firstly i feel your pain. I lost my wages in February this year in 2 days. It was hell but i want you to know. Get the barriers up. Get a partner/friend to manage your finances and self exclude from bookies.

Time will heel your wounds
Read my diary it might help a wee bit.
Paul

You can stop Casey, you have to believe that, I know the exact feeling you have, I have just gambled away a year of my life after completing a year abstinence through GA, I went back the day after I got to a year gamble free (many years gambling before that)

The addiction tells you that you can't do it but you can, its lying to you and always will

I've been where you are casey and I feel so so strongly for you, I'm also a bit worried that I can't stop but reading the success stories and the problem stories on this site has really helped. I wish you the best of luck!

Hi Chubb,

Think positive and believe that you can do it.. It's not going to be easy but think why we are in this situation in the first place.

I've got just over 3 years left to pay all of my debts off and I'm 30 now. All I can think about is that I need to pay off my debts and not build it back up!! Roulette has really ruined my future but I'm not going to let it ruin it anymore.

You can do it and we can do it!! X
