Hi, I’m 18 years old with adhd. My gambling journey started when I was 16) I started gambling on crypto casnos when u didn’t need to verify with ID. Since then, I have gambled most of the days when I’ve gotten money. Summer 2024 I won and gambled that away same month. After that I went into a deep depression and didn’t tell anyone but my friends knew and my brother. After that I’ve been trying to win it back , which is the atupdiest thing. It always ends with me gambling it away if I win. Please guys I really need help to stop. Some small tips can make a huge difference for me. I have adguard gambling block installed wi the revised my Device which means I can’t remove the dns block. Please anyone help me 🙁
