33 years of gambling

Thats amazing mate i was an on and off addict for 18 years lost so much time money through this addiction however it can get better i am just over two years bet free after having the worst relapse since i started gambling u can do this too mate gamcare is amazing u can start a diary here which helped me on my early days my only regret why didnt i get on here sooner their also alot of success stories on here which motivated me to keep going before this i Only knew Ga for some it works others it doesnt the great thing on here it doesnt matter what procedure you take it all about staying bet free as i learnt one thing might work for one person not for another

Many thanks for the reply and the inspirational words. 

I've tried almost every mechanism going to help me stop gambling,  but although I have in the past gone several months without gambling (on a couple of occasions), I always succumb to the horrible addiction that gambling is.

Joining the gamcare community was my last tool (that I haven't previously tried), and almost 3 days in i feel positive. 

As always I will take it one day at a time, but I'm sure by gathering strength from the gamcare community,  I will beat the gambling addition that has gripped my life for over 30 years.
