Now I have broken the cycle, I am amazed I have been free from this disease for 44 days.
Gamstop has helped enormously and I am having my first counseling session tomorrow.....
Having gambled for thirty odd years on slots I think I am back in control of my life....
Keep strong people, keep on finding ways to break that d**n cycle. It really helps reading other people's posts for motivation
