hi first time doing this I have a massive problem with the gambling av got a problem that started when I was 8 and still going today at 35 every time I have money I spend it in bookies or casino every time there is money lying about my house I spend it I have three kids and a lovely partner which I have put threw hell with my problem and still do want to change so much but can't help my self am just hurting everybody that's close to me needs to stop but don't know how ! I think you need to seek counselling about your urge to gamble so i suggest you contact Gamcare online to arrange it. You could also think about going to GA meetings. Put your finances in the hands of a family member. That way you cannot do anything about the urges.
Self exlude from local bookies and casinos. Block online gambling by downloading K9 (free) and get someone else to set the password.
I have gambled for years and been in all sorts of horrible situations. By taking it one day at a time I've been free of gambling for 35 days. You seem very determined to give up gambling and you too can feel good again.
