I have stopped, I have let to find a meeting, I still need to sort my finance out which my parents will help me with, it's better to tell him sooner rather than later as it can get even worth very quickly, speaking to people helps and it allows them to help you, I know that it's going to be very hard for me to rebuild my marriage, it got to the point that I was worried about the post man passing, I don't want to live my life like that
That's how I feel. I'm worried about my partner seeing my statements which he will do soon. I got totally lost compulsive gambling for 11 months. Took 11 months to ruin me. Im glad you have support must feel like a weight has been lifted.

Firstly, well done on signing up to the forums - it takes a lot to even do this. You are on the first steps to starting to beat this. Have you thought about some practical blocks? I know you said about having the cash for blocks. Gamban is a great one - £1 a month or £9 for a year. And it works so well. Best purchase I've ever made.
Other than that - try and just ease out triggers such as football or horse racing just for a few weeks so you can gain some strength and momemtum. I found that I was playing a lot of free games online which ultimately just kept me going back for more with real money. Once I stopped them, it got a LOT easier to stop.
