Im here again! After going some 2 months gamble free in the summer I let myself down and resumed my dreadful ways up to today! Today I've realised there is more to this than betting! It's going to be tough but I've got a lot to be thankful for - a gorgeous daughter and partner who I'm marrying exactly a years time! I can't be in a position to let all that go! It's gonna be tough but today is a new start and I'm mega confident!

IM over 60 days now and feel so much better for not gambling, have you learnt what your triggers are that made you go back to it as that is an important part of healing and staying gf.
