akers hi I guess this has been a long time coming. I’m 29 and probably at my 3rd major relapse to this disease! This all started when I was about 25 I bet on sports by the age of 27 I lost about 7,000. In savings and 17,000 in depth that is currently being cleared! I recently the start of this year broke up from my ex partner which triggers this all to come back been gambling on and off and lost all of my 7,000 savings this year. I’m at my lowest and feel numb wondering why and how I have got to this again. Feel like I’m at my last point to attack and beat this I don’t know how I’m going to do it but gonna try my hardest counselling or anything didn’t really help me. I feel like I’m on my own and it’s very hard to talk about to family members as from least time I reached to them it broke them what. I had done so I fee like I can’t reach out again to them. Today I excluded from all my bookmakers around my area! I’m thinking of buying this software for your phone so if anyone has any reviews of that let me know. The amount of lost has made me numb to money and what I feel. One day at a time. Thankyou for whoever reads this.
There's millions of people like this some alot worse!! It seems to be perspective and think about long term plans to keep you off the topic then when it happens ( the urge to win it back etc. ) try to somehow minimize your potential loss. it takes alot of losses to realize how pointless it is.
Anyone in the game knows how you feel and by what I've read you'll probs be in it for sometime longer. Remember It's an entertainment .. alot like wrestling in the US....
