Feel a huge relief to have signed to GAMSTOP and wish i did it a long time ago. For the last few years i’d lose maybe £200 a month, (i know its not massive but could be spent on my family)
i’d occassionally win but then lose it all and more
i’d self exclude but then just find someone else who i could bet with. I’d repeat this each month. I’ve registered and self excluded with pretty much everyone but always found a new company each month
well now, i feel like i can’t even enjoy football or check the scores. And what is it with adverts? Every advert on a show we are watching on ITVX is (Gambling advertising).
anyway, after blowing £200 in a day this weekend, enough was enough. Hopefully I can enjoy watching football again though without a bet.
