Good luck on your journey!

I have been GF for nearly 3 months and I feel fantastic!  don't get me wrong, some days are tough, but the longer I go on the less I think about it.  It occurred to me yesterday, I actually haven't thought about gambling for a week!

I now see the bigger picture and for the first time in a long time, I have money in the bank.  No more gambling till every penny had gone.  registering on gamstop was the best thing I did.

so I now continue with my journey and wish you luck with yours.

Now over 8 days gambling free thanks to gamstop.  First time in 11 months since I first started online slots.  Without the ban I feel I would easily slip back into old ways so although I put a one year van on GameStop will definitely have to extend it to 5 years.

After years of gambling,now 5 days free.cant say it's getting easier but the thought of betting gives me headache.im committed to this and will give it my best shot 

Still haven't been to a meeting yet as this was a big for me to relay my feelings others.but I'm sure soon enough I will.

With each day in feeling better but know if you lose focus you can slip at anytime.
