gambled everyday i have had money for the past 3 years, 21 years old and have over 20k debt. today is the first day i have gone without gambling on my own choice. i feel very focused. and not really feeling to much of an urge. although i have been off work all week and not left the house. i belive i have hurt so many people and scarred my self for life. i have even gone some where to top my self. how lucky i was to not go through with it is a differnt story. please feel free to talk or chat to me. i dont know how long this will last for me but hey, atleast im trying.

It's good that you have joined the forum, despite still having gambled i have done this on and off for four years since I was 18! It's not easy to stop, and only now that I have been harsh but honest with me have I figured out what's been pushing me over that cliff and down into the gambling Pitt. Good luck with your journey, everyone's is different but we are all in the same situation.
