I know where you are coming from and just now is the hard part - like you've probably heard elsewhere the first starting point is to get blocking software - it is brilliant and takes temptation away.
I would also do a daily recovery diary as that really has helped me.

I don't think he took it very well. Opening up about the amounts was very bad, I know we've both been stressed about money and this has made everything about a million times worse, ironic of course that I was hoping this would solve our money problems.
I am excluded from everywhere. I never bet in shops or casinos so that's not an issue for me.
