How do I stop myself from going back? I lost a big deal of money just over a week ago and I have not placed a bet since, however tonight I find myself looking at betting websites thinking wow if I just bet this much I can win all my money back!
I know that is not the way to do it, I need to save back the money I have lost and I need help to stay strong!

Cut off ways in which you deposit..

I keep finding myself going back to betting websites. Even though I am blocked on the sites. I keep going back to them to look at odds and see how much I could win if I put X amount on. I do feel its getting out of hand too much

Ok, so you're blocked but can return or you are checking sites for odds? Clearly blockers aren't strong enough. Download K9 for all devices, it's free. Make a random password and throw it away once all set up! That way you have protection. Do the same on your internet router and block out keywords and websites. That way even if an advert filters in, you can't do anything about it.
