New to this site..
Don't really know how to stop.. I bet every day, thousands in debt, worked since i left school and nothing to show for it..
Used to bet in 50ps/£1 now its £50/£100/£200 plus. All i think about all day every day is , what else there is to bet on. Its 24/7 other than when i am sleeping.
I get very depressed and down when i have no money. I don't have any control at all, wherever i see credit i just take it and gamble it. My debt is only getting higher and higher.
Struggling if im honest.

Have you thought about handing over financial control to somebody else. Also give gamcare a call or use the netline to see where you can go next. There's groups like ga that you can attend and will help you get thing's of your chest. Have a read on the diaries section you will see your not walking alone with an addiction
