Hi

I'm new to this forum but after what I did last night, this is now the final straw.

Thought I would post my story on here.

I have been betting on and off since my late teens mainly on football and tennis.  I am now 33.

Well earlier this year I decided to have a bit of fun on the online casinos. My 1st night I put in £100.     Lost it straight away so then was chasing it and after putting in like 800 I came out luckily with few hundred profit.      This happened again next time and I ended up winning about £2000

Well 1 day early on in the lockdown when I had to be off work and was so bored I had a disaster and lost over £3000 by trying to do the same thing.

My fiancee nearly left me and understandably so, I admitted then I had a big gambling addiction.

Since that day she has took control of all our finances, and this has helped quite a bit.

But i have relapsed a few times where there was a few hundred left in 1 of my cards and I lost that. I have won a bit aswell but still nowhere near what I have lost.

Well last night I see I had a bit in so I got the urge. Put in £60 and got up to over 250 just by playing penny roulette. Thought a few times about cashing it out but greed took over as was doing so well and then happened to lose the whole lot!!!!!

I felt sick to my stomach as I should of just cashed out at the very least half of it so I didnt come out with another loss.

Well today is the day I have now signed up to gamstop. I have had enough of trying to chase money back. The way I see it is i will be winning if i dont ever use online casinos ever again as will start saving more money up again like I used to.

Sorry if i have rambled on too much. Just wanted to get my story out.
