I’m 22 and have had a horrible gambling addiction since I turned 18 and just got a full time job and have ended up putting most my money into gambling, I have a credit card with £2000 of gambling debt which it’s a 0% apr for 20 months so at least I won’t have to pay interest but just feel completely helpless in terms of stopping I’ve tried a range of things and just contantlg stuck in the loop of stopping for a week or 2 then just starting again worse than before

I can understand your difficulty with this. So many times over the last two years I haven't had the money I needed because I had gambled it away. The level of pressure on me has been so high but that only leads to one thing. More gambling. I'm having to make the break too. It's tough.
Hello mate I’m in the same boat. I’m 21 and I cannot stop myself. I need the helpÂ
