As well as that you can call Gamcare or speak to them using the Netline that is on this site.... you can find that up at the top of the page.

Even better than that find you nearest GA meeting and get yourself along. There you will find a room full of people who will all understand what you have been through.

Thanks, I'm currently abroad and back in the UK in August so have some time to battle on.

I'd be happy to meet some new friends here on the forum, it's a source of comfort for me.

If anyone would like to PM too that would be great. I feel I have this deep crazy story that I need to let out, I hope someone is out there like enough to anonymously listen. And likewise, I'd listen and support.

I would pm but don't know how to on here can always talk through watsapp or something like that if you'd like. Yes you are right it definitely is a lifelong thing we have with us and continue to do so. It is a awful, horrible addiction to have and we all need the help and support from friends/family but also just as importantly from like minded people going through similar things and behaviours. 🙂

Thanks Stollers yes it seems there's no way to private message. Maybe you can drop me an email and we can exchange whatsapp info or something thereafter. I feel an instant messenger is better than this forum (as much as I appreciate it) to get some one to one debriefing
