I have decided to take the step today and do something about my addiction to online slots.
The reason for my decision is because i have sunk so low i thought about ending it all.Not a very pleasant place to be, but i am trying to make sense of my self destruction over the last 4 years and how it has effected the people who i care about.I am not sure how i can start to put things right. I owe sooo much money i feel physically sick thinking about it, i cannot sleep or eat at this time,and its all down to gambling.
Hey Shelley...welcome to the forum. ...I to became addicted to online slots....I to felt like you are feeling now....give the helpline a ring love....they will understand everything your saying ....they won't judge what yove done...
I can completely understand why you feel like ending it all. ...but trust me things can and will get better......make that call love....you've got nothing to loose....take a look at my story...it may help...it may not...but again you've got nothing to loose by doing so....post on here as often as you need....ask whatever questions you want.....x
As some said on here "Suicide is a permanent solution to a temporary problem" it may seem hopeless at the moment drowning in a sea of debt and no way out but there's always a way out your just another good soul who has this horrible addiction. Please take loxxies advice and give the helpline a phone. They won't judge and they will help. You've already admitted you have a problem and want to stop that's the first step.
