Stay safe yeah, and look after you. Never underestimate the importance of your own wellbeing. You're love and life. Always put yourself first. It truly matters no matter how selfish it sounds.
I don't know how I've helped you but I'm glad to hear I have.
I am putting myself first by focusing on what I have to do next week, continuing to not make first contact with "him" and putting my affairs into order. Studying. Sorting my own life issues and finding time, at least once a day to dance around the kitchen to music again. He won't take Ariana Grande away from me! although some some songs are a bit close to the bone at the minute.
This will leave a "mark" which is why I shall be a familiar face here.
"Marks" writes stories. Never be afraid of scars. Past creates present which allows future. Life is not always perfect. It's not straightforward but it's life regardless, our life and we can make it (whatever we can change) comfortable place to be. Try and look at present and tomorrow. Appreciate little things, this will allow you to process stuff easier. Allow healing....accept the facts and stay well open eyed.
He has to and will look after himself and so do you. But its important part of the journey now, many decisions and reflections. Don't rush into solutions please, take a breather.

so.... I've just found out my last assignment, yet again was passed with flying colours!
I've gone "above and beyond" with what was needed and been greatly detailed. I'm a sure candidate for level 3 of this course.

The tutor has been so amazing with me! I wanted to throw my course in! I even did! she said "no wait! breathe! don't decide" and I handed in the work I had done without amendments and she was astounded. It seems I've done it again! I will complete this course!
I'm so glad I've carried on! Even sounds like my tutor, for a level 2 course wants to grade me for level 3!
