Hi all,

Hope everyone had a good easter,

My name is Justin and 20 years old, a uni student and dont have a job, so recently I went to a casino and won 650dollars and that was my first time gambling experience. I was being greedy and kept gambling until I lost 350. The next day, I thought I would be able to chase the money back and I kept going. As expected, I started to chase the money through online sport bettings and lost another 100, now I am only left with 250 winnings and I felt a little disapoointing as I was winning more than that before... I feel like I should probably stop now as I know Im starting to get more addictive into gambling. I know its not a huge amount of money, but should I be keep chasing with the winning money I got left or should I just leave it and say goodbye to gambling?

Stop now. Shut the door and say goodbye. Nothing good will ever come from gambling.

I wish I had taken my own advice.

I am in my 40s and have nothing to show for my life other than a mountain of debt

Good luck with your life, do not waste it

Best advice is to stop right now and make your mind up never to have anything to do with gambling again. There's lots of advice and support here which will help you do just that. If however what you want is to stop losing this isn't the best place to ask.
