Do you gamble online or in betting shops casinos or all. If its online please register with gamstop it takes two minutes you just put your details in online take a look.
Also which bank are you with are they able to block gambling transactions ? Monzo is a great bank for gamblers.
Also ask gamcare about ccbt it's an online course with modules and a phone call once a week personally helped me.
Set your self goals..the money you would use to gamble use towards a trip out for your daughter. It's great your recognising you need help.

Probably not in the position myself to guide you Jordan but just wanted to let you know you’re not alone! I too am going through a huge self loathing stage right now but somehow we can’t allow this to consume us. I don’t know about you but I spend so much time, money and energy on gambling that if I was to focus this elsewhere I’m sure I could do incredible things. The same applies to you.

Saw this and I instantly went wow that’s terrible and it is however you know you’ve got it in you to stop and stop for good too! You know you got it and don’t let anyone tell you different literally go day by day and just try try try
I focus on the loosing side of it and that sort of switches my mind and becomes less attractive and as long as it’s less attractive and then slowly becomes not attractive to you at all I’m pretty sure you’ll get there just do you try your absolute best man I really hope you stop and look after your family and have a good life
