Hi all, I've recently come to understand that I have a gambling addiction that's probably been going on for a couple of years now and I've had a few very bad binges that have left me in the s***.
I've contacted GamCare and set up an online counselling session. I find reading others stories helpful and would appreciate any advice people can offer.
I'm a keen reader so would like to know if reading books on gambling addictions can aid me in my fight.
