Hi all new on here been gambling for way to long longer than I care to remember but it came to a head last night when I blew a few grand in the space of a couple of hours on roulette started gambling as a kid on bandits in the pub got a supportive wife and 2 great kids who have all been neglected by me over the last few years going to a GA meeting on Wednesday evening which is really nerve racking but a good move I hope time for a change

Going to a GA meeting is a really positive step and shows you are ready to make changes in your life. Many people find GA a lifeline in helping them to deal with their gambling difficulties.

Hi all went to GA last night for the first time was absolutely great to meet some really good and interesting people can't express enough how helpful it was definitely going next week feeling really positive about this at the moment !! One day at a time
