Hi all, just to update a few of you I have my date for rehab in the West Midlands it's 1st February for 3 months. Gonna be tough but I know it's what I need once I'm sorted I will update you guys of progress, stay strong, and always always have some faith

So, all packed and ready to leave Monday morning, 12 weeks away from home is gonna be tough. I'm lucky that my amazing misses is giving me a lift to the West Midlands . I can't predict the future I just hope this works, I moved out of the family home 2 weeks ago to get some space and it's been so hard, I went out with my oldest son yesterday for a it yesterday and he said, just get better, today I went out with my daughter for our Saturday morning staple of pie n mash, know she's upset but does not say much as she's only 11, but a shrewd cookie and knows something aint right ! Will update at some point when able! Keep the faith people!
