Here to make sure i can re-read this and see how stupid i am.Â
I've got up this morning and decided to try and stop gambling again , i've been bad in the past but 2025 and 2026 i've been worse than ever back to looking at my phone constantly and not sociable , i feel horrible what a waste i've been. The issue is that i could not stop myself or find rock bottom i wanted to keep on going to try and win money back and get a buzz from it. I've manage to blow £20,000.
I'm really ashamed of myself and im not sure where i start this time to keep away from gambling , i need to try and keep busy or something i really want to no longer gamble and be a better person.

Make this your Day 1, you already done the 1st step by coming 9n here, enrol on the chatrooms, reach out to chat n ask for the reform coaching it's amazing. You said you wamt to be happy, so do this and don't look back. Put all your blocks and exclusions on plave it'll be the best thing you'll do. I'm only on day 11 but feel free and getting alot of help from gamcare and talking to people on here is amazing. 😊 Stay strong you can do this x
