Currently on holiday in the UK with family. The place is a seaside town with lots of arcades and on site amusements. I was doing fine until I ended up wondering into the arcade and although I didn't spend much as I only had a little cash on me, I still caved in and was easily enticed into the gambling establishment. I was trying to figure out why I went in and played and could only think of not wanting to join the family in the stuff they were doing which was shopping, so chose to go off on my own for a bit. It's very difficult to get hold of this addiction and I've come a long way with not doing as much gambling but I'd rather not do it at all but find it difficult to cut out all together, What a headache.
I know the feeling I am sorry I find my self doing the same thing I am struggling alot atm as I am sure you are head up.
