well I am not new here have a previous profile but failed so many times I thought a fresh start might make me do this before I lose everything.

another wasted session in the bookies, found one I could go in and boom 800.00 down the drain.

have made a promise to myself now not to leave the house with more than 50.00 in my pocket and no cards.

only reason I need 50.00 is if I have to buy some materials for work, being self employed sometimes I need to.

feeling sick to the teeth ,played that fixed roulette cant believe I get sucked in with this, knowing as soon as the button is pressed its a lose.

so tm will be day one again for the god knows how many times.

I just hope I can do it,will try to post every day my progress.

thanks for reading

mark

hi sean thanks for reply will have a look at that thanks

well day one coming to an end and funny feeling of pride I had all day for some reason, don't know why.

hoping that each day I can be strong and keep my hard earned cash instead of throwing it away.

You can do it mate!

I have had the urge to do it all day and haven't.

The feeling of "i can turn it into a win easy" makes the urge even greater.

I really do need to come clean to the people who are close to me but finding it really difficult.

Hope all is well today 🙂

ok day 2

have decided to post early (lunch time) as I have very strong urges to go and do my b*****ks,i know the out come before I go in,i will win a little and then lose a shed load, leave with a empty wallet and about 500.00 in transaction. but today I will not give in to this.

I know what you are saying seany about the urges they can be very strong but keep thinking how you feel after a session, sick skint angry P***** of all these emotions

I have stopped for 10 days before and it felt great all those days I was not worried about money my wallet had nearly the same it in from 10 days ago, it just shows that all I spend on is gambling. but now I have set myself goals, firstly to fit new worktops in my flat then carpets etc.

each time I achieve this means I have not given in to gambling. if I had not gambled all the things around my flat could have been done 10 times over

Good luck m8,

I don't play those bookie machines but I know that feeling of losing lots of money (poker), I have recently decided to start a gamble free life and I wish you all the best.
