I’ve just got my wage early and spent about half of it gambling at which point I thought no, let’s not do this again.

I live with my parents and they don’t know about my debts, as I’ve always thought I can manage them. I can manage them but I think I’ve just chosen to turn a blind eye to them, which I’ve accepted I can’t do anymore.

I earn too much money and have too much disposable income to let this go on any longer, every month the same thing.

Today is the day things change, I’ve frozen all my cards of gambling transactions. I have no interest in casinos or betting shops, it’s always been online for me.

Day 1 - I’ve got enough to last me the next month and then my next wage we start fresh.

I also started this journey today. Placed my last bet and went on frozen all accounts for gambling cards etc. I also registered for gamstop. I hope this is the end of this hell

Getting registered with Gamstop and downloading the Gamban app has certainly helped me stay gamble free! I am now 48 days gamble free, and in the 10 years I have had a problem with gambling, its not felt as easy to give up with the help of these tools! So I definitely recommend putting them in place!

Good luck with your journey of staying gamble free!

So, glad you came on here. I hope it helps. I also gambled a 1/2 a wage tonight. Like you start again.
