Checking in on day 136 have found it much harder since i have reached 100 days but am somehow still gamble free.....

Keep going Chartom3 you have come so far, it will get easier. My gambling urges come in surges and then die off for a while, you know you can get through them and remain gamble free. If you are Really struggling think of the triangle and remove one element, then even if you have a moment of weakness it won't lead to a relapse.

I did 4 months previously and then put on one bet and that led to another 10k in debt don't want you to tread the same path.

Yes as Dazz says keep going, these urges do come every so often, but they do go, and it makes us feel stronger and more determined because the addiction did not win.

Jm24 - 210 days (30 full weeks) - massive achievement!

Mrstop- 189 days (27 full weeks) - massive achievement!

J33- 133 days (19 full weeks) - massive achievement!

Paul1001- 119 days (17 full weeks) - massive achievement!

GT - 2 weeks. Keep up the good work GT, good to see you've joined Sandras '90 day challenge thread'. Look foward to seeing you get to the century club TWICE in one year. 2015 is looking like a great year for you 🙂

Checking in this morning on 589 gamble free days. No urges, thoughts or interests to place a bet but I remain on my guard just in case of my gambling demons returning.

Wow 53 days gamble free!

17 days since i last visited a bookies, and 17 days without playing a roulette machine. Still very early but this is progress. I wont feed the FOBT again.

Thanks Suzanne, never thought I would reach 200 days at the start, it's amazing how this site motivates you, considering how we are all strangers you still feel as though you would be letting each other down if you place a bet.

Onwards and upwards, keep up the fight troops.
