Please anything to stop betting apps on my phone, any money I get i waste it on gambling

Sorry to hear you are experiencing this. Losing this sort of money is very damaging to daily life and plans. Please apply as many Gameban as possible if it is online gambling. Speak to the Gamcare Advisor they will give you good advice on where to get those gambling block methods. The open chatroom at 8 pm on GamCare is a good place to air the issue. The fellow chat mates are helpful and supportive.
